Jivanu is looking for a project manager to lead their donor program. Our donor program is aimed at identifying rare individuals in the society with exceptionally good microbiome patterns. The job will involve working with co-founders and senior leadership to implement the current strategy and work with R&D team to identify such individuals. The job is likely to provide exposure to various external partners.

Responsibilities

·        Identify target donors and develop plans for donors’ participation across different locations in India.

·        Lead the execution of the donor programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.

·        Partner with institutions and agencies which help in the program, and plan lead-nurturing tactics.

·        Gather donor’s insights to inform outreach strategies, increase donor conversions and generate more qualified leads.

·        Create campaigns in donor identified areas, motivating donors to participate.

·        Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about programs, strategies, and budgets.

Preferred skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, science, marketing, business, or related field. An MBA degree is a plus.

·        Proficiency with marketing and interaction with people.

·        Proven success in developing programs in areas related to volunteering or donors.

·        Willingness to travel.

·        Established contacts with social organizations and NGO’s.

·        Working in a multi-disciplinary team.

·        Experience in a start-up environment.

·        Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate record.

·        Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

·        Strong organizational and time management skills.

·        Must have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Other national languages of India are a plus.
